On 27 and 28 September 2025, Bangkok hosted both Pokémon GO City Safari and the Pokémon MEGA Festival 2025 simultaneously — creating a weekend-long celebration that attracted Pokémon fans and Trainers from across Thailand and the wider region.

Pokémon GO City Safari: The Entire City as a Playground
Pokémon GO City Safari brought its signature citywide format to Bangkok, inviting Trainers to explore six landmark areas:
- Siam Paragon
- Benjakitti Forest Park
- Santi Chai Prakan Park
- Chatuchak Park
- Lan Khon Mueang
- Hua Lamphong
One-day tickets gave Trainers enhanced in-game bonuses throughout Bangkok, with optional add-ons including Raid Lover, Egg-thusiast and an Extra Day pass.
The City Safari Stamp Rally
A highlight of the event was the stamp rally — a physical-meets-digital mechanic where Trainers visited participating PokéStops across Bangkok's iconic locations, collecting in-game stamps at each stop. Completing the rally unlocked encounters with Explorer Eevee, available in all eight of Eevee's evolutions.

Pokémon MEGA Festival 2025 at Siam Paragon
Running in parallel at Jewel Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon, the Pokémon MEGA Festival 2025 brought the full fan experience indoors:

- Pikachu Meet & Greet sessions
- Pokémon Trading Card Game tournament
- Nintendo Switch 2 game trial zone
- Exclusive merchandise and limited-edition giveaways
The pairing of an outdoor citywide event with an indoor fan festival created a complete Pokémon day out that appealed to every segment of the fanbase — from seasoned Trainers and TCG competitors to young children attending their first Pikachu Meet & Greet.
